We have sweet and juicy apples that are covered in a chamoy chili paste, and then rolled in the famous Tajin chili seasoning that pairs perfectly with fruits.

Churro Cheesecake is a very popular, fan favorite, when it comes to my clientele. It is Cheesecake in between two layers of delicious pastry topped with cinnamon and sugar, just like a traditional churro. These are made in a 13x9 pan size that serves 18, easily.
